Using a group of highly skilled researchers and psychologists, they have designed a wide range of off-the-shelf behavioural instruments that span the entire spectrum of levels within an organisation. The AC-EXS exercises allow for specific assessment of the different disciplines within an organisation, as well as the variety of competencies required for specific job profiles. While there is a growing trend to use them in their natural form, they can be localized at the client’s request, for the South African market.
